19. Five Key Things to Fix In Order to Hit Your Fitness Goals

The first quarter of the year is soon to end and we’ll be entering Q3 in the blink of an eye. This is usually a time many people start to evaluate where they are in reaching the goals they set in January. Those New Year’s resolutions, especially the fitness goals get put under a microscope at this time.

If you’re wondering why you haven’t reached the health and fitness goals you’ve set for yourself or if you’ve ever struggled with this, you’re sure to have a light bulb moment during this conversation with Fitness Trainer, Gina Noisette. Gina dropped gems and snatched edges as she broke down the components she sees as vital to health and fitness success.

How did Gina get on this fitness trainer journey?

Gina admitted that she was running away from becoming a trainer but people around her saw and encouraged what she then couldn’t see in herself. She says that we can be our own worst enemy and critique ourselves in such a way that we block what we’re good at. In talking to Gina you’d learn that community is needed to succeed. Community and accountability isn’t just for lifting you up when you’re down but community (accountability partners) hold you to the goal, celebrate with you, and together you build a bond and foundation of trust that invaluable.

Community is only one key factor needed to hit the fitness goals we desire. Gina does a great job walking us through why we likely not obtaining those goals and what we can do to better set ourselves up for success.
